    I wasn't that impressed by the single at first but it's really started to grow on me now. I'm looking forward to hearing the rest of the album

    Really?? Never heard that. Always thought he loved that collaborative aspects of being a musician.

    There are plenty of musicians in their own universe, far better than Jack White who have had their music enhanced by other great artists. And he has himself. Love the Stripes and where they took their sound(especially the last 3 albums), but I'm not sure he's done anything better than Consolers.

    It does say that he's interested in continuing working with his existing bands Dead Weather and Raconteurs...but I was wrong in thinking he said he doesn't want to work in a band again. Just not any other bands! :lol:

    Jack just announced a solo date for Radio One's Hackney weekend in London June 23/24th. Free tix, sounds like they'll be hard to come by though. I think this is a good sign he'll do a tour for the album.

    According to pollstar, a few solo dates have surfaced. I am hoping for a Houston date. I am hoping he will play a bit of his whole catalog at these shows. This may be the closest (If he plays stuff spanning his entire career). to hearing white stripes songs live in concert. It will be awesome to see Jack white solo. I've only seen him twice with Dead Weather.
