This will just make winning the super bowl that much sweeter. A “weak” AFC team from a “Weak” division and conference beats the “allegedly” superior team from a superior division and conference.

The Pats should be criticized because the rest of the AFC sucks? Got it. Too be honest, the Jags have a chance and it’s going to be a close game. It won’t be a blow out.

The argument that Tom Brady isn't slowing down is absurd. Let's not forget that he plays in what has been the weakest division by a long shot over the last 20 years. Look at Brady's stats in September and October vs his stats in November and December over the last 5 hears. There's a drastic decrease in November and december. That's a clear sign of slowing down.  Look at,his stats coming off a bye. They are almost always increase.

All of those things listed are clear examples of him slowing down. He's aging. And he's aging how an athlete is supposed to age when he doesn't use steroids and he takes care of himself by eating right and staying in shape. Brady is the GOAT and barring injury, he could play and win for another 3 or 4 years.

As long as Gronk is there, and  a lesser degree Edelman, Brady looks and appears fine.  Without both of those, IMO Brady would be in a bit of trouble, and there is a chance their season would be over.   It was very clear in the contrast of the game where Gronkowski was suspended.  He is his security blanket and he knows exactly where and how to get the ball to him when he needs.  Without G&E, Brady seems a bit lost, takes more hits, and ends up donking the ball off more incomplete to avoid a sack/interception risk.

Below the surface, you see Brady missing on throws he hasn't missed on since he was very early in his career.  It seems clear the arm strength has taken a hit.  IMO, at most, he probably has 1 or 2 more seasons of being a top QB.

28-3....Kyle Shanahan......Missing playbook during media day....Garappolo  gets traded to SF for a shit ton less than Cleveland offered....Very weird coincidence :) ( I love a good conspiracy theory)

Seattle & ATL gift wrapped 2 SB's. Shanahan above like mentioned, Carroll didn't want Marshawn to be MVP. That still is the DUMBEST Play in the History of the NFL.
The Patriots & Cleveland Cavs paths to the championship rds is almost embarrassing. The Jets, Dolphins, & Bills cant find one single QB in 20 yrs that is worth a shit?? Parcells takes Jake Long when Matt Ryan was right there.....u cant make this shit up. Beat Titans....your in the AFC championship. Its pretty much like that every yr.

How the fuck does a team that kneels with 55 seconds and 2 timeouts left in the half make it so fucking far?! While they were winning no less! I knew right from that second that they had a 0% chance of winning that game. Unfuckingreal.

  • I thought that was about as well as you could / would expect Bortles to play.  He is crapola at QB.  Also a great example of stats being situational.  He had pretty good stats on the game but his play was not NFL level starting QB play.   A few steps ahead of Hoyer and Glennon.  Poo-worthy.  Truly atrocious.  Any team that signs him to be a starter is run by crazy people.
Eli on this team and some more consistent WR play and this is a hell of a dangerous team.

I think their D was good but not as advertised.  Lost the final 2 games headed into the playoffs (including giving up 44 points to Jimmy Jesus and his Merry Men), squeaks one out vs Buffalo (and their atrocious Offense), wins a gunfight with Pitt (impressive victory - but not defensively) and then does a pretty good job against Team Brady but talked smack, performed late hits. and other questionable activity after many plays.

Here is the best part -- after the game, just as after the Bills game, the Kitties claimed that the other team was trying to goad them into penalties.

Dudes -- you are the ones trying to rip the ball out of every players hands well after the play is over on half the plays.  You are the guys jumping up and barking after every other play in the first half.  You are pushing people out of bounds and hand-checking on deep passes.  You helmet to helmet Team Brady's only star not named Brady.
So happy to see Hacksonville sent packing.
    Buh-bye.

On second thought, I hope they do bring back Bortles.  They deserve each other.
    Sore losers.
The love he receives is the love that is saved

I found their chirping to be hilarious. Spend another 10 seasons without a playoff appearance, you fools. Usually, winning something allows you the right to chirp but even the best teams and players let their play do the chirping.

I'm sure I'll watch it but this is just not an appealing match up IMO.  I'm sick of the Patriots dominance and I can't stand any of the pro teams from Philly.
