are the niners playing the browns this year?

49er stadium, mostly cowboys fans. stub hub center 70% broncos fans.
I have a friend that's a big Chargers fan and said CBS went out of their way to focus on Charger fans in the stands during the broadcast.
    Alright, alright, alright!

Can you imagine being a Browns fan and watching Carson Wentz start to morph into Aaron Rodgers???  Man that team is cursed.

Then they doubled down and said "Nope- we don't need Deshaun Watson."

What a horrendous organization.....god bless them!

The greatest day in Wentz and Goff's lives was when the Browns traded that pick and they both knew there was no longer a 50/50 chance that their career would be instantly ruined by the Browns organization.  Now granted, Jeff Fisher did his best to try to ruin Goff but it looks like he is starting to turn the page.

    Joe Flacco last night ...

Can't believe that Dolphins player didn't get ejected

  • The Dolphins are a joke. Not quite the Bengal variety of joke... but getting close.

They were running out of the way of Alex Collins last night. They looked like they didn't want to be there or get their white jerseys dirty.

And if they aren't bullying their teammates, beating up their fans in night clubs, or taking cheap shots while protected in the comfy confines of a game setting where people will protect them... they're playing gawdawful football.

And I'd drug test the remaining coaches. I think there's been more than just one coach snorting cocaine at the facility.

25 losses in a row for the Brown.  That's more impressive then the one time Baxter pooped in the refrigerator and ate the whole wheel of cheese.

  • A test drive vs. spending all of that money.
Now the coach will know Cousins and the other top UFA well and be in position to feel like he knows the right move....go for one of them or a first round draft pick.
Pricey at a 2nd rounder but they have been stockpiling draft picks.
I can get behind it pending what they do from here.

I think it makes sense for the Pats to trade him as he will be a free agent and they were not going to pay him the money that some dumb team (i.e. Chicago Bears / Glennon) would.

Browns traded for AJ Macarron ... but were toasting themselves and forgot to call the NFL before the trade deadline.  Amazing.

I think there is a 50/50 chance of the Browns open air concrete stadium burning to the ground before this season ends.  The possibilities are endless.

    The future!

  • They were trading a 2nd and 3rd pick to Bengals?
2nd round solo could have bought the much more highly regarded Jimmy G yesterday.  Damn, the Browns really are the worst.

Hey now, we had 15years of Peyton but since has been just as bad for Indy. The Browns actually fleeced us on a trade a few years back.
  • When Indy made that trade for Trent Richardson... I thought it was a great deal.

For at least one shining moment... they knew what they were doing. Mind you... if you make enough decisions... eventually one of them is going to turn out okay just by virtue of sheer luck.

And then the Browns used that 1st round pick from the trade on Johnny Football.

Man the Colts have turned into a train wreck.  I can't believe Pagano still has a job.  I feel bad for him having to go 3+ years fearing you will be fired every single day.  That has to be stressful.

He gets what he deserves as far as looking over his shoulder. He allowed Pep Hamilton coordinate the offense for 3 seasons.

Just as bad??? They were in the AFC championship game in 2014 and were 8-8 the past 2 seasons.  11-5 in all 3 seasons before that.  Most teams would kill for that type of success.  I know they're a mess but let's not go comparing them to the Browns just yet.....you need at least 10 more years of not making the playoffs!
