Yeah really. And then they got the 15 yard personal foul on top of the botched punt. Then a missed FG by CAR. Arizona is in this now.
Luke Kuechly is an unbelievable talent. Still think if they went up against a team who wasn't stuck with their 4th string qb, they lose big. Lindley's gotta be the worst qb to ever start a playoff game.
I agree with you about lindley. But it wouldn't be a huge surprise to see Carolina beat Seattle or Green Bay right now. Their running game is surprisingly good and the defense is playing very well.
no....they're gonna get the shit kicked outta them.
bad day for me.

Cheating fucking refs. I never blame a loss on the refs with the exception of two games: green bay/Seattle with the replacement refs and now this playoff game. Unbelievable how poor that call was. They should be looking for work by the end of this game.

That was the worst officiating I have ever seen. It was without a doubt pass interference...on top of that, Dez Bryant should have gotten a 15 yard penalty for running into the field with his helmet off complaining about the call.
It's one thing to throw a flag, talk it over with the other officials, and then pick it up. But when you throw the flag, announce it over the loudspeaker, leave enough time for officiating expert Mike Pereira to agree with the call, and THEN change your mind. That's shady.
Plus, the Lions defensive end was held on Romo's game-winning touchdown pass. Under most circumstances I'd be okay with that (let 'em play!) but following the interference call reversal, you can't help but wonder about it.
I'd also like to get another look at those two defensive holding calls that extended Dallas' last drive. They seemed mostly legit, but given the circumstances, I'd like to check them out again.
All that said, Detroit had chances to put this away and didn't.
Edit: Speaking of Mike Pereira, he tweeted after the game that it was definitely pass interference and he implies the pick-up of the flag was shady:

what's that about defensive holding you say?
No that's the offensive hold that wasn't called. Total bullshit, especially following the flag pickup. But the two defensive holdings called on Detroit that extended Dallas' last drive are the ones I want to take another look at.

i believe this was the same play of the defensive holding. so the calls should have offset to 3rd down instead of giving dallas a first down...they scored a couple plays later.
you all DO know why there's alway been a hole in the roof in Cowboys stadium, dontcha?
So the stench doesn't linger? Come on. My friend who's a huge Cowboys fan like you acknowledges the bullshit of these calls. Hey, I'd take a cheesy playoff victory over NO playoff victories like my Dolphins of the past 13 years.

I think the picture you posted is of the TD pass. The defensive holding I'm talking about is when Romo threw to the Dallas RB that was on the ground. He caught it while on the ground. This one probably was the right call but I just wanna see it again.
That was definitely a gift. Enjoy it cowfag fans. It will be short lived. You played your best on Sunday and should have lost. It will take a lot more than a couple bad calls by the refs to keep Jordy, Cobb, and lacy from scoring at will.

there are so many mistakes/calls not made it's tough to get them straight. this is the one from the touchdown pass:
Oh, the hatred! America's Team is back. It's definitely good for sports to have polarizing teams. No one really gives two shits about CAR-AZ and/or INDY-CIN.
GB will be very tough. I'm a little bitter how the seeds set up and that the Seabags now have a cakewalk to the NFC Championship and would have no matter who won yesterday.....I guess the haters will also say GB has a cakewalk, too. We'll see....
