That kicker is, I believe, not Justin Tucker. He is, you know, someone else. Innocent of any sex crimes as far as we know.

Pit/Ravens game was bonkers. I feel terrible for that kicker.  Missed twice in 4 years or something silly like that.

That was Boswell. Ravens’ kicker was a rookie who replaced the sexual abuser. I will never feel terrible for ANY Raven.
That was not a happy ending for the Ravens and their kicker.
    good one!

how’s this one (that I stole)? “their last kicker and new kicker both yanked it.”

Hope you like the new stadium and can build a connection.  For sure understand how attached fans can become to a stadium....even one that is not great

    Stefanski out in Cleveland.
He won coach of the year 2 x in 6 years -  the only 2 times the Browns made the playoffs.
The fact that he made the playoffs 33% of the time with the Browns should make him coach of the millennium.
Imagine we will fare better at his next stop

They gave him a 5 QB rotation - can't believe he didn't win more games. Such a stupid organization.

    GM is the problem.

    💯
Stefanski didnt trade Flacco away for a second time. Did Pickett even make it to preseason? That was Berry. I wonder how much  control Stefanski had on the starter situation.

I think we are all sort of supporting Stefanski.
    Browns gonna Brown.

Ownership is much larger problem than GM.

Fans, City, and NFL deserve better:lol:

Anybody ever participate in a Survivor pool?

We did and made it all the way through week 18. We split a fairly large pot 5 ways. Normally I have no issues tipping people that run these things or SB squares. However, in this instance, one of the 5 winners to make it through all 18 weeks with us was the gentleman who ran the pool.

Am I wrong in thinking I shouldn't tip since he went home with 20% of the pot?

Depends on how much you won and how many people were in the pool.  I would probably give a bit since he had to take some time to run the pool.  I used to run one and it kind of got to be a pain to run it.

I've run leagues and it's a pain but I never ever expected a tip for it.

I guess I view it like someone running a SB board. If they buy a square and win $1k for getting Q1 numbers, I'm not also giving them a cut if I win $3k final score.

If this guy didn't win, I would have no issue throwing a bit of money his way. But he did win as much as I did.

Granted, I rarely play in pools, but I've never heard of tipping for it.

I do think it's a nice gesture to donate some money to a player's favorite charity if he is instrumental in your fantasy football championship.

If you run a pool just take 10% for running it.  Don't like it?  You can run it.  These things are a pain to run. It's also not his fault he ended up winning part of it.

    Tip the man.

I would rather the pool operator just take a small % at the beginning and just be up-front and say that it is a pain to run, costs time, collecting money, etc.

I've run leagues and various pools for years amd never received a tip.  Played in them for years and never tipped.
For the league that is the most work I dont even give myself a free entry.  I pay the software fee for the league and take that amount back.

If you want to charge a fee that is no issue.  It is a pain in the ass to run leagues.
