so evidence is only proof to your beliefs. but for everyone else's, including proven scientific theory, evidence is not applicable. got it.
how did you get that from that :?

evidence is discovered daily to support what one believes ... this would be everyone
not proof for only me

faith includes believing without evidence ... this would be some including me

my belief on Evolution that I spoke of in previous posts

Everywhere I look I see God, the evidence abounds when one believes
because God is Life... God is Evolution
but again evidence is old news to be replaced tomorrow...
if we could only see a bit into the future

to add to this ... faith is the proof of tomorrow :D

I'm confused as to what faith has to do with evolution. Evolution is provable through science and there vast quantities of information available to see that this is true. Faith is both personal and unprovable and one of faith's best qualities is its mystery. If it were provable it would be science and not faith. It would seem to me that evolution and faith don't even belong in the same discussion together. That's a bit like having a room full of people talking about how to build a better car and having someone in the room say, " I dream in vivid colors while lying on the couch."

(And I don't say that to offend anyone. I believe in evolution and I have faith... but don't ask me about my faith- it's a bit like trying to explain my dreams.)

True your experiences in "faith" are yours and yours alone sometimes and trying to explain it is incomprehensible to others.

Why cant we believe in evolution and God is Creator it has taken 4.5 billion years of evolution to get here. I get it , you believe in the 7-11 God things happen instantly, with 7.5 billion people to worry about and other creatures and ALL the strife ecology, wars disease and all the pricks whom live here, (nevermind all your ridiculous prayers to win the lottery...) and destruction of it all soooo quickly since the industrialization of man? If I was God Id be pretty pissed off and asking, "What have you done to my little blue marble and those whom have wrecked it can live on this mess for an infinitude of generations until you learn clean it up then I will think about handing some keys to some other realm, like heaven, but for now .... btw thanks for wrecking the evolution of my planet. Can't say as I blame you!

By the way, have you or anyone else here read Gorman Bechard's The Second Greatest Story Ever Told? I can't recommend it enough. In Bechard's book God is displeased after sending Jesus to earth- seems people got the wrong message the first time- so he sends another kid, his daughter, Illona Anne Cogswater, daughter of God, to spread the message "Be Kind" while at the same time kicking some ass on those who don't get it. Oh, and to make it even sweeter, Illona is a big Paul Westerberg fan. Great read!

is a rock 199 million years old? is a winged lizard actually a prehistoric blue whale's johnson? these are questions i am asking and goshdarnit i want answers. is the modern day gigantopithecus sasquatch? 300,000 years ago over in asia gigantopithecus was smoking crack in his cave, yes/no?

those who have trouble believing in evolution oughta be laughed at and thrown out of town. like that screwy gal i had a few dates with back in kansas. literally the earth is 2,000 years old according to her and the church she attends. and it is totally cool that her son be affiliated with the kkk
