    Strike that...going to the Toledo Tapas at our hotel. Everyone is tired and doesn't feel like going back to the parks tonight.

    I'm changing my answer for best meal. The Toledo restaurant at Coronado Springs tonight was fantastic. More than made up for missing Ohana earlier in the week. Wife and I got the bone-in ribeye for 2 and it took every ounce of restraint in my body to not gnaw on that bone. You know it's good when a 2 year old likes and wants to eat the Brussels sprouts (which were really good too). His prawns must have been good because he ate them all and wouldn't let me or my wife try them.

    Had breakfast at Cape May then went to Disney Springs for a couple of hours before heading home.

    I thought it was ok. Fairly standard breakfast buffet for Disney. When we canceled a dinner earlier in the week, we chose this one mainly because it's a character meal. This one had Minnie, Goofy, Donald, and most importantly Daisy. My son is now referring to Daisy as his girlfriend and even told Donald he was going to steal her away!

    After Disney, back when I worked, I would need a couple days for my body to heal before I could go back to work. Haha 
    It was a good trip, but I'm glad to be back home, even if we are going to be dealing with this ice storm. Other than my feet being sore, I'm ok. We were intentional with coming back on a Saturday to give ourselves a downtime day at home before work and daycare. Depending on how things go, we might also have Monday off, but we'll see about that.

    Topolinos restaurant in the Riviera Hotel

    One of the BEST MEALS I have had in my life. I ordered the Fish Stew. It was just amazing. The Brussel Sprouts were EASILY the BEST presentation of Brussels both her and I have ever tried.
