It's funny a bunch of us were chatting about the Boston Puker incident at Alpine last weekend and I was telling them a story that I had puked many many times at Gorge 2 '06 and I had to be helped up the hill by like 3 people since I was lifeless drunk. I remember that back then there was a thread created about me puking at the Gorge and since I don't come on the board often for a brief period of time I thought I was the Boston Puker since I typically where a Red Sox jersey to shows, figuring someone put the Red Sox jersey and the puking together. I remember asking Nixon if I was the Boston Puker and then he introduced me to the one and only Kenny.
I just read all 37 pages and was crying from laughing so hard.

I've read this numerous times, but never posted as I'm usually shaking so hard from laughing to type. As someone mentioned a few pages back, as soon as I see the thread title I laugh and click.
Couple of questions.
1) did part of the floor and / or any puke splattered clothing make it to the PJ museum at Alpine?
2) did this story make it to the PJ 20 book? (I'm only up to 1994). If not, the story of Pearl Jam is not complete

BY THE WAY, I've puked at two more shows since. Fortunately for me, there was no one like you to document these events. Both times, too much drinking (or in one case, the unholy combo of wine and beer) actually was the reason for the vomiting, I willingly admit. However, in both cases, I held out until the end of the show, and I don't believe anyone had their night ruined... and I felt so much better afterward. :oops:
I can almost top that story....Night 1 in Mansfield MA 2003....We were tailgating in the parking lot and my friend had an undercooked burger. All night he was saying his stomach was killing him. When the show let out the porta-johns were lined up....He ended up dropping his pants in the middle of the parking lot and taking a shit right there. I didnt notice this till after he started. There were tons of people around. It was NASTY. Needless to say it wasnt a "clean" move on his part and the 45 minute ride home was unbearable. On another note, a few feet away somebody had done it before him....

Wow !! I was directed to this thread from a post in another thread, and all I can say is thank you. The most in depth conversation on vomit I've ever experienced in my life. I was actually at a concert last night and I swear I was hoping for a vomit sighting. Some guy kept stumbling up and down the stairs slinging his three glasses of beer all over, and all I was thinking was puke, please puke....I would love to have a picture ..
