Probably wasn't the best idea to start this thread. People are angry that yet again Pearl Jam and 10C has failed its members. They don't learn from their mistakes.

Pretty much the reason why people are in 10C is for tickets and 10C can't provide a fully functioning ticket service. So if they can't do that, explain to me the point of being in the 10C?

I can deal with tickets selling out quickly but I can't deal with the half-arsed ticket sale by PJ, that fails every fucking time. It's beyond a joke.

I can't believe the OP. You seem like a great guy Matt but you can't be serious.
It seems that the10club can do no wrong in your eyes. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but your post doesn't help things at all. You even state flame away, so if you know people are going to be all over you why bother even posting this. This isn't the first time tickets sales have turned into a nightmare and while I agree there are more important things in life you have to understand that people's time is also important. If the Ten Club were any other company or business you have to think that heads would roll. Businesses could not survive operating like this in today's day and age. The only reason 10club operates is because of fans like us who spend our cash on everything PJ.
Matt you gotta stop drinking the 10club Kool-aid. The fact that there has been nothing said from 10club( except a pasted note from crowd surge) and the mods are locking every thread speaks volumes.
If this was the first time this happened than fine everybody could put it into perspective but it's what the fifth or six time ticket sales have gone for a shit.
