    i'm planning on moving to Berlin in a couple months and doing a work exchange for about a year.
    i was lucky enough to get tickets during the pre-sale fiasco, so i'll be there!

    will be @ berlin I and II. can't wait. so do we have an organiser yet for the pre-party (on tuesday)? anyway, i and friends will already be in berlin on monday, so... for all i care, pre-pj-party everyday leading to the shows.

    I was just thinking this morning I didn't recall seeing a plan for pre & after parties in Berlin. I guess something will come up + I'm staying at Plus Berlin where lots of others are I believe so hope I don't miss anything.

    I'm going to the second show in Berlin (plus Prague and Copenhagen).
    I can't wait!

    And I'd really love to meet up with all you wonderful PJ-fans!

    Everyone is saying "yeah, pre/post party!", but so far no actual places has been mentioned... :eh:
    I've never been to Berlin or know much about the city..

    Who has been there before? And knows some good places?
    Places nearby? Or easy to get to and from by train/bus?
    A place/street with a couple of bars/pubs/clubs?

    Bring anything to the table!

    I'm starting a google map to pin suggestions on...

    It'll be my 1st time in Berlin, in Germany in fact, so I wanna see it ALL!!! Well, you know what I mean, as much as I can of Berlin at least in 3 & 1/2 days. :)

    Our hostel is literally across the road from the O2 Arena in Berlin. It's a hostel-boat and they have a bar. Perhaps this would be a good location?

    And while we're talking about this; is anyone else staying at the Eastern Comfort Hostel boat? x)

    Any Berliners out there with pre-party suggestions?
    I've never been to Berlin and have no clue about where to party.
    After doing some research I found 2 hotel nice options that are cheaper than the ones being plugged by 10c ... The Grand Hotel Esplanade and Hotel Berlin ... both centrally located and 7km from the arena.

    I was suggesting those hotels as places to stay (not as a place to host a pre-party) ... they seem to be nice and have good rates for the hotel class.
