I only have the big logo at the top, and everything else is just black screen. I don't dare to open a new page in case that will put me back at the end of the queue again.
But from the other side, if I keep waiting on a broken site to magically work again, I could wait for forever. This is frustrating..
refreshing will push you back down the line? is this a fact?
No, but it told us to not close the page and that it would automatically refresh, and refreshing is kind of like closing and re-opening, so I'm not taking the risk..

Re: the logo then black screen, if you put your cursor under it and click and hold as if to highlight text then is will say Connection Error server something or other. Best to refresh and try again.
After waiting a lot, I was able to choose my tickets, confirm the order, check out, and then... nothing. Black static page. But passing the mouse over the black area, I noticed, also in black letters (i.e., it's invisible!), "Server connection error". I refreshed and now I see again "We are currently experiencing high demand - please wait." Very nice.
I seem to keep rejoining a queue for an error page....
I've been to the checkout twice within the time limit with items in my basket only to be told I had no items in my basket. Looks like I'm relying on ticketmaster in the general sale.

Now a different error. I confirm, checkout, and then a message tells me that my "cart is empty". It's ridiculous, the tickets are there, I can see them in the cart, and also in the header ("Items: 1, Total: XXX euros"). I do everything again, and the sites keeps telling me that my cart is empty...
It's all happening with Chrome... anyone knows if there's a recommended browser to do this?

so according to 10c and crowdsurge, external forces have sabotaged the #pearljampresale.
so now they are blaming this on scott stapp?
i ain't no network expert but, would not the whole crowdsurge website (at least the ticketing system) be down? i mean, buying tickets for other concerts would be offline too, if that is the case.
again as a non expert, i am not buying this. here is a suggestion, 10c should try ticketmaster next time around, and let us see if that works (which i believe will).
I seem to be one of the lucky few who's 10c ticket order (Berlin) worked without a problem. The pages took a long time to load at every step but apart from that it went pretty smooth. Sorry to see that a lot of people didn't manage to get their hands on tickets. Exactly how many tickets could they actually sell via Crowdsurge/10c? 10%? 50%? Would be nice to know!

Simply couldn't handle the load from all us 10C members jamming it at one time.
That said, with much cursing, and maybe 1,200 times hitting the refresh button, I got in, and I got my Amsterdam tickets!
Hell to the yes!

that should disprove their theory.
