    We've only had our manager a short time. A place in the semi final would have exceeded our expectations. It was 50/50 we would progress through the group. Overall I think England have done well and have a solid foundation to grow as a team.

    Penalties it is.

    Whatever happens I think England can be proud. We never expected to do well. To get this close to a semi final is an achievement for us at the min.
