    That's it _ I'm out.

At the risk of sounding like an old fart, "THIS IS NOT MUSIC."

WTF just happened and why are people clapping??
The thing I like most about time is that it's not real. It's all in the head. Sure, it's a useful trick to use if you want to meet someone at a specific place in the universe and have tea or coffee- but that's all it is- a trick. There is no such thing as the past. It exists only in the memory. There is no such thing as the future. It exists only in our imagination. If our watches were truly accurate, the only thing they would ever say is "Now". That's what time it is. It's "Now". - Damien Echols

Nicki Minaj ruined the show. Thank God she's not the last performer.

That was HORRID! I would rather watch Dave Grohl stand their, not say a word and pick his nose.

Have to say, that was really the only one bad performance which isn't too bad!

    That was pretty awful, though.

    Count your blessings, honey.

Okay, I turned it back on. Thank Christ she's gone. The commercials are a relief.

QUESTION: What is the difference between Record of The Year and Album of the Year?

    Anyone?

Kinda hoped it was Mumford and Sons but that Adele does sound pretty good. At least it wasn't Katy freaking Perry. :?

Record of the Year is for the recording of a single song. Album of the Year is for an album of songs. For Record of the Year the performer wins the award whereas the Song of the Year goes to the songwriter.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.

even though they arent nominated for album of the year, its still pretty surreal seeing bon iver win best new artist and best alternative album. So strange. I remember when people were freaking out about For Emma in 2007! its happened with all the indie bands, death cab, decemberists, arcade fire, vampire weekend, etc... but its still strange whenever it happens

listening to for emma in 2007, who would have thought, the album would be the classic that it is, let alone that justin would one day be at the grammys nominated and winning several awards
