    it will be ok CBG. you are in a tough profession. that stuff is gonna wear on you from time to time. you are making a big difference, and don't think for one second that you aren't. you are strong, and i know that sometimes it is hard to be the strong one when everyone you see every day is going through so much. tomorrow is a new day, and you will not feel depleted after your tour next week.

    personally, i am having pretour anxiety. i know i am going to forget something...

    Thanks. I just need to work through it a bit. My clinical supervisor is great at helping with that and it helps that Tim is in the same field so he kind of gets it. I had 3 teens back to back with really heavy trauma. It's a lot to take in. These experiences are shaping who they think they are and they're coping the best ways they know how...even if it doesn't always look so healthy. Next week will be my therapy. Good timing.

    so fucking cold............ weather.com says its 41 right now... there's no way it's legal for them to not turn on the heat when it's 41 right?

    I've been planning my trip in this freezing cold for the last 3 days and I'm skipping Glaciers cuz the thought of ice makes me wanna crawl under the covers and not come out till spring.
