Had some alcohol infused ice cream this past weekend...pretty damn good. One was infused with lemon flavored vodka the other one infused with Jameson! I think I got a little drunk off the ice cream
    sounds really tasty.

lemon wedges, vodka & powdered sugar.... lemon drops
dunk lemon wedge in powdered sugar, slam shot, eat lemon. it aint ice cream but a wonderful treat

This might sound weird, but I just discovered ice cream cones and their greatness.

dont get me wrong, I've had maybe one or two in my life...but,

I realized last week, when my wife gave me a tongue lashing that I filled my ice cream bowl too high, that I was in over my head. (it was jam packed for the record - a huuge pile of mint and chocolate)...she demanded that I should try a cone next time. So she went and made this little petite cone filled with a little ball of ice cream a few nights ago. I licked that thing for what seemed forever. I got 1/4 the ice cream in double the amount of time. It was heavenly. By the end, the cone was all filled up and starting to get a bit soggy. it was a "fuck yeah" moment.

    I'm a cone man now.
Moral of the story -- Lick, dont gobble, men.

There is a farmers market on the way to La Conner/Anacortes that I ALWAYS have to stop by to get ice cream...

    Tulips+2013+010.jpg
(yes, the cones are that big!)

$3.50, they make the ice cream, and the waffle cones fresh...just driving by and smelling the heavenly waffle cones cooking...mmmmm

I get Lemon Meringue, nobody ever has lemon ice cream.

Shame on 81 for not knowing what a waffle cone is! :nono:

My favorite is Nestle Oreo Mint. It used to be just chocolate chip mint, but now that they offer it with Oreo, my fave just got better. Chocolate and mint: It's very refreshing! =)

Moose tracks Ice cream is pretty fucking amazing. It's chocolate or vanilla ice cream loaded with mini peanut butter cups plus caramel or fudge marble. Yummy.... even though the name combined with the nature of the flavour actually makes me think more of moose poop than it does moose knuckle prints. =)
