Just got done having my son's 2-year old birthday party. That was a lot of work, but he had a blast and the look of pure joy on his face was priceless.
Celebrating the end of my 21-year career in the Army with a bourbon, cigar and the Atlanta N2 boot. It's a good night!

Seriously though, I'm already working in the federal government....and they've only fired me once so far so that's good. Ultimately, I prevailed so I just hope to keep my head low and pray that I can continue to fly under the radar until the end of my probation.

All is very well. 😘 It has been a really rough year, but pushing through.
I just got back to my hotel room in Atlanta with my 17 year old daughter. I took her to her concert of choice for her upcoming 18th birthday. She chose ATEEZ, a Korean Pop band, and wow they were really entertaining. She's played them for me many times and they are my favorite of that genre. They have these really heavy beats that are so intoxicating and make you dance. They are all over the place and have some songs that have industrial NIN sounds and then they have legit rappers, and guys that can sing super high love ballads. They sing, they dance, confetti drops from the ceiling. It's quite the experience. They have also convinced all the young kids, including my daughter, to purchase these globe lights that they decorate and buy bunny masks for. True story lol. They enable the Bluetooth when they get into the venue and then the ATEEZ lighting team takes over. The entire venue of fans (because most every one of them has one) participates in the light show. It was quite amazing to see.
Tomorrow she wants to go to an ATEEZ pop up event before we head back home. Not what I normally do for fun, but should be interesting and the icing on the cake to kick off her 18th birthday.
