    i'll give you all a real quick recipe thoroughly enjoyed

    brussel sprouts - remove stem, cut in half
    frying pan w/ real butter or olive oil
    walnuts crushed up a bit or not it's your call

    first cook/brown the sprouts a bit
    sauté the walnuts
    add them together & serve

    the next morning leftovers goes perfectly w/ scrambled up eggs
