    I still only see a Verlander loss on paper...The rain was the rub last night. Leyland played his game and we just couldn't finish. Trust me I don't like being down a game, but I'm ok with where we're at under the circumstances.

    I also thought a the tigers were counted out after losing game 1 against the yankees, and they battled back. If there is 1 thing I learned about this Tiger team does is battle. I still expect a good series.

    Starting Sherzer today instead of Fister? I dunno, we'll see how it plays out...ppd game did us no favors really, it allowed their bullpen to rest and MLB didn't push the series back a day.

    The Tigers activated Young to replace Mags...if he can hit with that injury, then it's an upgrade.

    Agree...I was absolutely stunned he came out for the 7th, before the game all I heard was how they would be happy with 6 good innings, he gave them that.

    Those first 2 innings might cost them again...no one other than young has been consistant in the playoffs...now he is out of the game.

    I think Jimmy wanted him to face Cruz regardless...He played his odds and lost. I was surprised he brought him back out too though.
    A month ago we were scoring 10 runs in a game no problems...granted it was "a whole different ballgame". :roll:

    Anybody else hate the crowd cheering the shit out of a ball at the warning track... :o

    Yeah, it sounds like every hit is out of the park. The delay associated with it is just as bad.

    Wow...why perry was in the game I'll never know...same problems with this team keep happening...fundamentals like dropping a fly ball in the 10th.

    The ability to score in the early innings when men are on base is just plain hurting us.

    Really not impressed with Jackson...way to many strikeouts...why not move Kelly into the leadoff spot and drop Jackson lower in the order.

    Lets hope Fister gives us 8 strong innings and the bats come alive in Detroit.

    I believe they said no team ever started 0-2 and one the ALCS. On paper Texas has a much better team...through 2 games they look like a better team...imo.
