    Damn...the scene toward the end with Debra & Dex - actually was uncomfortable to watch.

    That said, I rolled my eyes at him searching her out while leaving his son in the car.

    I liked Ms. Rampling in that Newman flick - the Verdict, I think it was - but this thing with her & Dex ("I can READ you, man") seems too contrived.

    Took in about 15 or so minutes of Ray Donovan. Liev's a pretty alright actor, but again - enough with the damn too-cool schtik-y characters already.

    (though I'm loving/hating this new improved ultra fuck-you version of Debra)

    Since last season I thought Matthews knew about Dexter, and after talking about the episode today I'm almost sure of it. I'm sure quite a few people think Vogel might be the serial killer from episode one. But maybe she is like Dexter and only kills those that break the code, and since Dexter broke the code it is time to end him and maybe Matthews called her to Miami for that reason. Maybe most police agencies secretly have a serial killer in their ranks as unknowing pawns. Harry created Dexter, I dont think that can be argued. Harry could have tried to help Dexter and get him treated, he was such a young kid. Maybe they thought he was the right candidate... Now Matthews and Vogel have to clean this up.

    I was thinking Matthews might have known all along, but then I thought he would have surely helped Dexter in the past to cover up the some of the situations he got himself into. I doubt Vogel is the 'brain surgeon' killer unless she has an accomplice - which is entirely possible. Should get interesting when they throw Hannah back into the mix!
