    1 trip down...4 floors up, but then the people thought it was a 'down' elevator and get on to ride anyway.

    It was nice enough....had a harry caray in it....which i had for dinner.

    That's exactly how I use them. Took me 20 minutes to get from the lobby to the 2nd floor EVERY time.
