    Curiosity never killed the cat-
    It helped us get out of bed
    and brush teeth instead.
    What's next? It has asked us.

    remember a time without pain?
    will there ever be a time without pain?
    curiosity again.
    tears and breaking hearts and sobs and numbness and memories overwhelm us.
    Curiosity is there to prod, gently sometimes, or harshly if need be- what's next?
    Maybe it will be you who can answer that question.
    Because I don't trust a cat.

    If curiosity will help you out of bed, we will be there to wipe tears and hold hands and hug bodies and lend ears. Dogs are better in this regards.
