this was my first pj show as well, and i was 19 too...i remember waiting in line at carson parie scott (before i joined 10c) a few months before the show. i actually won the 'lottery' and got to be first in line to get tix that saturday at 10am...ended up scoring club level directly across the stage...release was the first song and i too have been blown away ever since.
I was 41 at Columbia, Maryland show in 2000, when my daughter who was 20 went with me. I always listened to Pearl Jam when my daughter was a teenager, but didn't become a huge fan until I saw them in concert. Am hooked on them now.

Actually, I was technically BOTH 19 and 20 when I saw my first PJ show
It was on my 20th birthday; August 22, 1998 in Barrie, ON. My official birth time was 10:06pm, so I probably turned 20 during PJ's set!

I was 16 years old at the time, and 55 shows later I've seen them at least once almost every year since ('98, '00, '02, '03, '04, '05, '06, '07, '08, '09, '10, '11, '12 and soon to be '13). It's been a great run indeed!
To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

I was 18 on April 2 and 3, 1994. My mom would not let me go to Lalapalooza in Atlanta in the fall of 92, so I had to wait two more years before I saw them live.
Fourteen. Went to see them for my fourteenth birthday this year at Manchester, night 2. We were on a balcony by the side of the stage and we were so unbelievably close I thought I might fall over the balcony in all my excitement. It was freaking amazing. Best night of my life.
