Literally the day before my 18th birthday - Hartford 96.

Pepper spray not that great a birthday present. My partner finding me the poster from that show 26 years later was a lot better.

19 - Lollapalooza '92 at Montage Mountain in Scranton PA - almost missed their set because I misjudged how long it would take to walk from the parking lot to the venue (it was FAR). Good times...
I smile, but who am I kidding...

  • 17, Golden Gate Park San Francisco 1995. Fresh off the boat, very excited and we get Neil Young. Super bummed at the time but should’ve just enjoyed Uncle Neil in hindsight.

27 - Atlanta 2000.  I had only been to one concert in my life prior to that.  Hootie and the Blowfish played where I went to college.  I have seen PJ play 11 more times since that first show and have not seen any other concerts from any other band since then.  I am just not a big concert person other than PJ.
