    I JUST got seats for Mansfield at 11:08. What others said -- keep trying. They may be staggering them!!!

    i got GA pit for Camden and GA for both Newarks. fucking pumped up. i caught one of the roseland shows and love the KOL stuff live.

    Other people are losing stuff in their cart and they may also be staggering the release of tix.
    The page for Mansfield once said sold out for all options (pit, sec 1&3, sec 5, 6, 7)
    then went back in, refreshed, all options avail again.

    it'll be worth all the frustration if you end up getting in.

    You never lose it in your cart. If you get to the screen that has the "proceed to checkout" button they are in your basket. Just keep clicking on view basket.

    then went back to the ticket screen, and it said sold out
    then went back again and...viola! tix avail

    i ended up getting tix in the end. :D

    In my ticket buying experience, you never, ever hit refresh once tickets are in your cart. The best way is to copy the URL of each step you go so you always have the last one. Refreshing kills everything in the ticket world it seems.

    you had to refresh
    it brought you to the ticket confirmation page...said it was done loading, but it was a blank page
    so i refreshed and it eventually came up (and i had to do this every step. each page kept coming up blank)
    refresh doesnt hurt anything
    a pop up box comes up and says something about having to re-send the info and you click ok and it works
    the sites just get locked up when they have so much traffic

    Copying and pasting URL's of each step is the best way. I never have a problem even with Pearl Jam sales doing this. And I always here horror stories of people refreshing and their tickets not being in their carts anymore. I don't think it's coincidence.

    With copying and pasting URL's, I may go back a step but I never lose my tickets.

    When I got 101/103 for Camden I thought it was the outside sections and was kind of bummed(because unless you are on the inside part of those sections they kind of stink). Then I checked the seating chart and saw they are the sections just off center. So pumped!!!

    my tix are gone.

    kept refreshing to hope to get another "buy". got it twice. Both times it said I selected too many tickets, even if I only selected one.

    I think I'm done. Been at it 6 solid hours. really sad about how this went down. especially with what happened to us at the last show.

    I was there, but missed the show. We got to venue at 6:30pm. With traffic control problems, they didn't let us park until 10pm. We missed the show, but were in sight of the venue for 3+ hours. I started an ipetition that 500 people signed asking them to come back to the Verizon Center, and got a letter to their management explaining the fiasco and asking them to play a makeup date. 4 years later they listened. ....would have been nice to see.

    I'll try for public, but having given it 5 hours today, I won't have this amount of time tomorrow.

    I am 100% anti scalper. ...but I'm now believing that is the only route, and a now necessary part of a modern concert experience. very unfortunate.

    No doubt and unfortunately they exist in the fan clubs which makes it even harder to control. Hopefully you score tix buddy.

    There is still hope! I know its frustrating though. We've all been through this too many times before with many different bands.
    Honestly, odds of actually getting tix thru this presale was pretty low! Only a small percentage of tix were actually released during the pre-sales.
    I've gotten plenty of tix off of stubhub just a few days before a show, for not too much of a mark-up (including Radiohead in Mansfield, MA in 2008). Radiohead may be able to prevent the scalpers from infiltrating their pre-sales, but ticketmaster is another story. General onsales will go quick, many tix will hit stubhub immediately at outrageous prices, and they'll eventually drop once the show gets closer.

    I hope everyone who wants to go, gets a chance. If you've never seen them live before, its something not to miss and worth every penny you can pull together...and if you have seen them live before, then you know the deal.

    Im still in shock that I got thru...but I know i'd be pretty fuckin sad right now if i didnt.
