a couple of things are clear however

BDV feels that she cannot attend but she lays claim to the tickets via her 10C account and must be present to pick them up

Mindi has arrangements to be at Alpine but lays no claim to the tickets even though she "paid" for them

So everyone loses

10C does not want to be involved in this dispute, neither should they, its a private matter

However, Mindi, if you used PayPal to purchase the tickets either through 10C or TM/LN presale
and if I'm correct in thinking that PP is not accepted payment method
then I would assume that you have used your PalPal Visa or MC to make the purchase?
You would then be protected under Visa or MC, which is good news, no?
While PayPal would take forever and a day to resolve this matter then perhaps Visa or MC can have something for you in time for you to purchase at least a single to get you inside the gates by showtime?

Just an idea

also a note to you on PayPal: I have been involved in a dispute opened much after the 45 day grace period, and eventually favorably resolved.. so I wouldn't give up, although it will not help you in time for PJ20 it is still worth pursuing as a last resort

My boyfriend has a better 10c number, so he purchased tickets with the intent of us going together. I have not paid for those tickets. He and I took a brief (and super shitty) hiatus. During that time, I didn't once think that I was owed my fair share, nor was entitled to MY ticket still. He paid, they are HIS tickets to do as he pleases.

If I had paid, the story would have been different. If it were his 10c number, and my money, I would have expected him to give me my money back. Because we are both adults, that act as such, he would have. His number gets him better seats, my refunded money would have got me lawn tix, or some shopping therapy bc I had a broken heart.

Fortunately, instead of coming to a fansite and airing our dirty laundry, we kept our private issues private, worked them out as adults, and love prevails. We will be rocking PJ20, together, in better seats, and "saving the drama for these two mamas."
