Wait, she posted this July 24TH????? So the past week I've been being harassed for no reason? For her amusement? :(
Damn I actually ended up in the er one night for 9 hours from the stress of this. I should add the costs of that to my lawsuit I might file.

You know what really sucks, one day when she was sending me the most hateful emails was on my twins birthday. One of my twins died in 08, so yeah I was in a pretty down mood that day and she was emailing me the same shit.

Is there not enough negativity, bullying, and bullshit drama in everyones lives that people must feed on it here? Seriously. Everybody has been made known of what's going on Mindi. You did YOUR part and contacted 10C. So, your answers can be found there. If that fails, you need to contact people that can actually help you retrieve your money, not bash people on a band's fansite. I'm pretty sure there is MUCH more to both sides.... Let it be. I had a crazy situation with another member as well, but there is a time and a place and select people to involve in the bullshit...... Let's all stop the pity party, circle jerking nastiness and focus on something more positive.

If I were you Mindi I would be pretty pissed off as well but continuing here I'm not sure is getting you any closer to a resolution. The issue is out there for members here to see and as you mentioned the Ten Club is very much aware of the situation. Continue doing what we discussed and hopefully there will be a resolution to lessen the finacial burden on you and get you your tickets to PJ20. Threatening lawsuits and disclosing criminal records may just cause the higher ups at the club to just withdarw from trying to help. Believe me I fully support a resolution for you, but I think more of a private setting would help you in your cause.

But I really would hate for another person to get screwed over like I've been. This is her way, cry victim to the world. I posted exact texts and emails she sent, there is no more to the story.

I'm not looking for a pity party, I just hate for someone else to fall into her trap. I never bullied her, she bullied me. I also don't see where I'm bashing her. I've been very calm in the whole thing.

I think the select people that need to know is every member here. I would feel horrible if I didn't make others aware of what she did to at least me, she could do it to anyone.
