So is this the recap:

Mindi thought someone was her friend so paid for fan club tickets using her "friend's" (BhagavadGita) account. Mindi and this person were going to be ticket buddies for the pj20 shows.
BhagavadGita lives 5 hours out of the way from where Mindi lives to get to Alpine.
BhagavadGita wants Mindi to go pick her up on the way to Alpine, at least 5 hours out of the way.
This is hard for Mindi to do as she is traveling with friends.
Mindi offers to pay airfare and train for BhagavadGita to get to Alpine or to where Mindi will be. BhagavadGita refuses.
Mindi finds people who can pick up BhagavadGitaon the way to Alpine. BhagavadGita refuses because she says she won't ride with strangers.
BhagavadGita sends nasty texts and messages to Mindi for not driving 5 hours to pick her up. In one text, BhagavadGita tells Mindi that BhagavadGita should be put before anything else in Mindi's life.
BhagavadGita posts here that she is willing to drive with a stranger just to piss off Mindi.
BhagavadGita refuses to pay Mindi back for the tickets Mindi paid for and has said that Mindi isn't getting anything (ticket or money).
BhagavadGita has a probation officer.

And im sure it will be locked and i'll be banned here, but like i said, at least 3 people so far have pm'd me thanking me for posting, so im glad i was able to save them from what i've been going through or losing money.

When she goes to pick up tickets, ten club should just give her ONE ticket to ONE night but demand cash on the spot and have mindi standing by. OR, they should just see her I.d, say thank you but these tickets belong to someone else! Problem solved.

And does anyone else remember how hard, the stress it was, that day to get tickets? I mean really it was hard.

Anyway she was in Indy that day, no access to interent. She went to Starbucks and tried to log on there, but had a slow connection, so she gave me her info here and let me log in to buy the tickets. So damn not only did I pay for them. I got to live through the stress of the ticket buying! :(

Can you not mail the 10c a copy of your card statement, and your CC number it was paid from? They would be able to match from their records that you made the purchase and, at worst, refund you so you get your money back, even if you don't have 10c tickets?

This is clearly a messy situation, hope it can be resolved.

I thought the Ten Club policy was no refunds? This is just a bad case of a deal blowing up. I don't think the Ten Club should be involved at all.

Answer:

Mindi promised to pick me up. I have witnesses. I'm on disability. I have bi polar and panic and am not able to drive without her. she promised as a friend to help me and knows i have no money, no car, no support and no confidence in driving alone. Especially when my friend said we would be taking a road trip together so she could use my seats.

she chose to ride with her friends for some odd reason and now she is ganging up on me like a child and everyone believes her. Mindi is also bi polar so she must be going through something. the ten club is aware of what she is doing. they refuse to refund her money. i ask them to. they also don't transerfer tickets and if you ask me...it feels like she is manipulating a person with a mental illness who is not capable of driving herself on a long road trip and won't come to me to help. which seems logical since i have to pick up tickets. now i can't go either.

I wish her well. I wish her happiness but she begged and begged me to go and I said no time and time again. She finally offered to come get me with another friend. Now none of these people with drive a bit out of there way to pick up a unemployed newly seperated single mom who needs to hang out with nice and compassionate people. I am practicing Buddhism, but to be honest this woman has harassed and harassed me to the point i need someone to help me.

Does not her behavior seem childish to put it on the forum. She can't see she is the problem. I will not get mixed up with this bashing. I don't work like that. I guess I will let a bunch of people hate me..that is her revenge. I will turn the other cheek.

the lesson to learn here, IMO, is don't try to cheat the system for better seats by depending on someone else
