I had about 6 yesterday just from being outside for a couple minutes. They are always gone a few hours later as I criss cross them with an X using my thumbnail. No need to itch them.

Fire ants are another story, I have about 12 of them, 11 on my right foot, all in a couple hours. Won't go outside with sandals anymore even though it's 100F out here.

Never had to deal with them in Canada when I lived in and around Vancouver. It was safe to let ants crawl on me. Made the mistake of thinking it was okay to stand in an ant bed in Southern Georgia and got lit up by about 7 in 5 seconds.

the next time you're in Georgia or anywhere in the southern US, keep your eyes peeled for fire ants because those fuckers appear out of no where and bite the shit out of you

one time i drove a buddy into the backwoods and was not allowed (they did not know me) up to the house he was going to. so i hid in the swamp for about 2 or 3 hours. i must of been ate up something like 2 or 3 hundred times or more. i had so many bites it made me sick for 3 days.

was it well worth the 90 pounds of carrots we had??? no not really
    but kinda sorta

None at the moment, but I've only recently been relieved of about 5 of them on my ankles. Hate them so much.

Fire ants kill me. My ankles still bear the marks from somewhere in the neighborhood of 30-40 bites I got a few weeks back. Weedeating in deep grass...somehow I busted a mound open and by the time I knew they were all over my feet, in my shoes, they had already done considerable damage.

Strangely enough...i live in the boonies and spend lots of time outside at night but nary a skeeter bite to be found on me...perhaps the strong scent of alcohol constantly permeating from myself keeps them away. YAY!!! Me thinks i just found another reason to drink more
All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all
