there is a reason you got burned buddy - I was in the middle of sending you a text saying how this was a huge mix up and that I'd buy your ticket anyway, but you started incessantly insulting me, which was on my gf's phone for that matter. After that, I decided not to help you out.
I made the mistake, I though I told this guy that I wasn't buying the ticket but apparently I didn't. We were messaging each other back and forth cause I thought I was talking to the other guy I picked up tickets from. Anyway, You had a 7th row ticket how could you not have sold it? All you basically had to do was wave it up in the air for a minute and someone would have grabbed it - you obviously didn't even try.
And for that other guy that keeps bumping this thread and PMing me - thanks, but mind your own business

no matter what happen here we cant be judges of people..this guys need to solve this in private..+ the judge before make a desicion listens first both sides....

the fair seems to be the don promise to buy the tix,so must pay for his mistake of not buying it,by pay the OP.and OP must say sorry for burn him in a thread.,..yeah,i know isnt easy anymore, but just a thought..

you sure about that? I texted you to meet at chelis and you replied "do I know you?", this was after the text in the afternoon where you replied in windsor will meet you at the preparty...

I then tried calling the # and you wouldn't pickup the phone.

As for the me not trying to sell my ticket, I missed the opening act while trying to sell it out front but I couldn't even give it away at that point as there were alot of people selling tickets and everyone there seemed to have one.

Maybe if you hadn't bailed on my ticket an hour before the show I could have sold it.

I'd gladly delete this thread if you want to man up and pay for the ticket that you agreed to buy and openly admit that you bailed on...

yea - I said do I know you?
    you said ticket for EV
I said i already had one
you said 'go fuck yourself douchebag' among many other things
whether you believe me or not, I still would have bought the ticket from you after I realized who you were - until you started swearing at me and wanting to fight me, etc., etc...

you will not be seeing any money from me, and this is the last time i'm posting or looking at this thread. You got what you wanted - you flamed me, congratulations

I see the idea in such a thread is to warn others......

but now thats done, i think its time to call this a day, This will get neither of you anywhere except into a slanging match

Its clear what should happen here, regardless of what was said at the time (thats irrelvant in the cold light of day) but its also very clear that isnt going to happen.

    so thats that

I accidentally clicked this thread in the New Posts page, started reading and got thoroughly confused by the statements. I was really thrown off by the girlfriend's phone-business.

That being said (and it being of absolutely no value), I gotta agree with pdalowsky - just let it be.

I'm dying to know where the_don ended up sitting for this show.....if his seats were closer than the ones the OP planned on selling, i guess you would have your answer....but agreed, its a moot point, classic case of tryoing to leapfrog your way to the front and having maybe one too many transactions in place? :?
