I feel like she's 100% guilty. But I fear that she is going to get away with this shit.

I hope so too. I think she deserves prison for the rest of her life..
But I have a bad feeling there will be doubt with some jurors (they only need ONE to have doubt).. I think its a death penalty case too.Pick up my debut novel here on amazon: Jonny Bails Floatin (in paperback) (also available on Kindle for $2.99)0 -

Burden of proof is on the prosecution. It's a tough case, on one hand everyone thinks shes guilty, shes been caught out lie after lie, but they still have 0 proof that she committed the murder.
also her lawyer Jose Baez is a bit of a joker. It really is an interesting case, sad case, really sad. But interesting at the same time. Seeing the system at work.0 -

Casey Anthony found not guilty of murder, but convicted of providing false info.
Fairly straightforward :ugeek:0 -
and what should be done with her if she is found guilty ?....never mind.
I am glad that I don't have to decide guilty or not.

Godfather.
She said on the stand that he sexually abused her as a child, if that is true then that could account for the hate/disgust look she has/had in her eye whenever it was that she gave or showed her father.0 -

she never took the stand!
she waited 31 days to report her child missing and then had to be forced by her mother to do it. then lied to the police whe were trying to find her daughter. she's fucking as guilty as OJ.This show, another show, a show here and a show there.0 -

Mea Culpa My bad! Yes yes, I know this. I misspoke/typed my intention.
The defense argued the sexual abuse by her father. This is perhaps one of the reasons for the 'hate in her eye' for her father as per earlier postPost edited by Idris on0 -

I think the Death penalty deterred the Jury from finding her guilty, they didn't want the weight of her exacution on there heads and since the evidence was circumstancial anyway, Now if it was life in prison shes was facing, i think we would have scene a different outcome.0
