I feel like she's 100% guilty. But I fear that she is going to get away with this shit.

I think she will be found guilty, and IMO rightly so.

I hope so too. I think she deserves prison for the rest of her life..
But I have a bad feeling there will be doubt with some jurors (they only need ONE to have doubt).. I think its a death penalty case too.

Burden of proof is on the prosecution. It's a tough case, on one hand everyone thinks shes guilty, shes been caught out lie after lie, but they still have 0 proof that she committed the murder.

also her lawyer Jose Baez is a bit of a joker. It really is an interesting case, sad case, really sad. But interesting at the same time. Seeing the system at work.

Casey Anthony found not guilty of murder, but convicted of providing false info.

    Fairly straightforward :ugeek:

She said on the stand that he sexually abused her as a child, if that is true then that could account for the hate/disgust look she has/had in her eye whenever it was that she gave or showed her father.

    she never took the stand!

she waited 31 days to report her child missing and then had to be forced by her mother to do it. then lied to the police whe were trying to find her daughter. she's fucking as guilty as OJ.

Don't forget that she was partying and enjoying life, posing and smiling in pictures while her daughter was "missing"

Mea Culpa My bad! Yes yes, I know this. I misspoke/typed my intention.

The defense argued the sexual abuse by her father. This is perhaps one of the reasons for the 'hate in her eye' for her father as per earlier post

I think the Death penalty deterred the Jury from finding her guilty, they didn't want the weight of her exacution on there heads and since the evidence was circumstancial anyway, Now if it was life in prison shes was facing, i think we would have scene a different outcome.

she was not guilty of manslaughter as well. death wasn't the only option.

i can't believe how fast they came back with the verdict. usually this would mean guilty. at least i was hopeing for a hung jury in which case she could be tried again. fucked up. nice to know potheads do more time than baby killers. i blame "laughing guy"

So... all you guys are seriously surprised by the verdict? There's no way a jury would find her guilty with the lack of crucial evidence! And there's no definitive proof of how the toddler died, either. Too many holes all around.
