I suppose I'll go with Alive and Why Go. All in all though he's one of my least favorite soloists. Just not diverse enough.. To each their own though"Sooner or later you'll bare your teeth"

gotta be "Little Wing / Maggot Brain" from
07/09/95 - Summerfest: Marcus Amphitheater: Milwaukee, WI
For the encore, Chad Smith (RHCP's drummer) joins PJ and a fascinating version of the Hendrix classic, 'Little Wing.' They jam for about eight minutes, mutating into 'Maggot Brain,' a funkadelic song from the 70s penned by Eddie Hazel. Mike's guitarwork leaves the crowd (and the rest of the band apparently) awestruck."This here's a REQUEST!"

Shit...forgot about "Comeback" that was a really unique solo...I love it.
Actually...now that I think about it...add "Life Wasted", "Comatose", and "Severed Hand" to the list.
Avacodo had some kick ass solos from Mikey. I'm glad they reallly found some space for him on that album. It just didn't seem like they were using him to his full capacity on their later work.
"Red Mosquito" and "1/2 Full" are pretty bad ass too.
Mike is a bad ass MOFO no question about it.0 -

Considering Mike is my Idol I cant just pick one so here we go.
Ten-Alive
Vs.-Go
Vitalogy-Immortality
No Code-Red Mosquito
Yeild-Low Light (so simple so sweet)

Riot Act-I am Mine (perfect end)
Avacado-Severed Hand

However my personal fave of all time has to be November Hotel. The first time I heard it it felt like being hit by Mack truck. Insane0 -
'Wake up' from Mad Season. He takes an already incredible song and bumps it up a whole BUNCH of notches when he starts that solo. Gets me every time...0

God that bit makes me think of an awful Bon Jovi power ballad. Come Back and Thumbing My Way were 2 big attempts from Ed to write THE emotional ballad. Both came out feeling cheesy0 -
Mike pretty much destroyed Porch on Unplugged. Also, any live Rearviewmirror. And I'm not living this life without you, I'm selfish and clear
And you're not leaving here without me, I don't wanna be without
