TEN CLUB CANADA PRE-SALE for May 26

In an effort to fix today's Canadian Tour Pre Sale Meltdown, Ten Club is partnering up with general public vendors Ticketmaster Canada and others in order to get the Fan Club designated tickets into the hands of our faithful members. All eligible Ten Club members will receive an email tomorrow morning (Thursday, May 26) from Ten Club which will include a unique code that will give you access and information for the new Canadian pre-sale.

The pre-sale will begin tomorrow, Thursday, May 26 at 5pm local venue time and end at 8pm local venue time.

Although members will be purchasing through Ticketmaster Canada and other ticketing outlets (which will be notated in your email along with the appropriate links), Ten Club will still be fulfilling all of the ticket orders.

All Ten Club policies including seat allocation, Will Call procedures, etc. still apply. Please read our ticking policy http://www.pearljam.com/content/ten-club-tickets.

We have arranged for the service charge on the tickets to be as close as possible to the service charge you would have paid if you were purchasing the tickets through Ten Club.

For those of you who were able to get tickets through today's (Wednesday, May 25) Ten Club pre-sale, your ticket purchases will be honored. A confirmation email has been sent to you from Ten Club notifying you whether your purchase was processed.

    hmmm does this mean we login with ticketmaster accounts and it's a race through the ticketmaster checkout?

    Thanks for the update but since the 10C presale will now start after the public/radio pre-sale (The pre-sale will begin tomorrow, Thursday, May 26 at 5pm local venue time and end at 8pm local venue time), I guess many of us will try for public pre-sale in the morning as a back-up and the 10C in the evening. I know I will, at least with TM if I go online at work (rather than taking another day off) it should only take a few minutes.....fingers crossed.

    Well its better than nothing. But that also measn that we will all be forced to make a choice over trying for 10C or TM radio presales. Looks like we will lose out on the radio presales and its either 10C or TM regular sale or Stubhub.

    The Capital Tickets website (for the Ottawa show) has different information. It says that the pre-sale limit is 4 tickets, not two. Is that a different pre-sale, or has the ticket limit changed?

    can someone please let me know ticketmasters presale promo code for the two toronto shows tomorrow ? I would like to try for tickets in the morning since i work 12-8 and will not have a shot for the 10c tickets. thanks

    I have 3 charges pending on my credit card but only received 2 - 10c confirmation emails.
    I am missing one show I was charged for...Sept 12th Toronto didn't get confirmation on it.

    I'm not sure what is going on but I did receive the Hamilton confirmation which was purchased after the two Toronto shows so this can't be a good sign :cry:

    So, excuse me if this is a dumb question, but my brain is fried after all the stress today. But, will the prime seats be taken in the Ticketmaster presale which starts earlier in the day? Or will these prime seats be set aside for the faithful 10C members who shell out memberships fees for opportunity's at the best tickets?

    Anyone?

    those are the local radio station presales...the seats in these presales are really limited, and are usually in the balcony level...won't affect the 10c presale

    Is this to say that one must be a member of 10c right now to participate or this going to be a case where if the password should fall into the wrong hands some scalpers will be having a field day with this.

    Also, if a 10C member got tickets in today's fiasco - will they still receive a code for tomorrow, potentially allowing them more than one pair of tickets per show?
