    I think i got some? it gave me a confirmation number although my card hasn't been charged. I think a few of us got lucky right before the site got pulled!

    Yeah, really bad show that the Store is still up for those willing to refresh, after they told us it was down.

    So those who continued to hammer the overburdened server get rewarded, while the majority who took 10c's word for the servers being down get screwed... lovely system!

    There will be a lot of angry people after today. Hope it doesn't last.
    Is it too much to ask for a full-blown Temple of the Dog set? Probably.

  • Quit apologizing and fix it. How many more times does this have to happen for 10C to realize they need to outsource this, stagger on sale dates for 10C members, mail order, SOMETHING to avoid this colossal waste of time.

    I've willingly paid the 10C for 16 years with diminishing returns, I can easily throw money away more creatively than the opportunity to waste 3.5+ hours of life trying to give you more of it.

    They are not, unless they were through the process before it crashed. I had tickets in my cart when it went down but I don't think I have updated CC information on my TC account so I'm probably going to be screwed even if I did still have tix in my cart. My fault for not updating my info before today. Didn't think it would be this bad though.

    Haven't been at Alpine since 2003....now I live an hour away and I'm going to miss out of going. Story of my life.

    So there's a good chance that tickets are going to be gone by the time they actually go on sale again, this is bullshit.
    Some people manage to get in somehow and the rest are left with an offline page when we try after sitting at the computer for 4 hours, fucking ridiculous.

    my history didn't work to get me anywhere... I did get to see the goods page but was a cached representation I guess which led to nowhere. I certainly didn't get to checkout!!! Ah... frustration. Serenity Now!!!!

    If I got a your cart has exceeded the maximum amount message does that mean there are tickets in there waiting to be purchased when the site comes back?

    Its possible they took down the tickets so people could stop buying them until the site is restored. I'd wait until the site is up to believe they are sold out.

    This situation is ridiculous and unfair.

    To even the playing field this is how people are getting tickets. Keep at it, don't give up.
