I just want to know where my Confirmation email is especially since the tickets are in my order history and i have been charged for the tickets.

I emailed the tickets@tenclub email address but I'm fairly certain I won't be getting a response any time at all.

Thanks for the update...but I had arranged to skip work tomorrow to buy tix for the Vancouver concert. Now I get screwed (much like everyone today did), and I have to arrange to take Wednesday off work instead?
Most of us live in the real world and have day jobs and are not millionaires.
Sigh. So do I take the risk, reschedule my life to take Wednesday off instead and hope the site actually works, or say screw it, and take the risk of buying from Ticketmaster on Friday instead?
So much for my $50 Ten Club fee this year :?
