concerts are expensive, that's the way of the world. I am driving from Colorado to AV and CAN NOT Wait! - i don't care where my seats are, if it's raining (last time i was at AV was in '89 for the Greatful Dead and it rained the whole time!) or if it's hot! I will enjoy every f-cking minute with all you people! I lost my job 2 years ago and been in Grad school since - now it's time to pay back the loans - but i'm going to see my boys instead! Yay!
Peace
so if we both get 10c tix and we're "opposite" nights for shed/lawn
i'll pay for all your tix if i can be under the roof both nights
deal?
Sure - let me check with my husband0 -

I believe in the Goods ticket section (that's where the travel package was before it disappeared again). I believe the PJ20 site will just link back to the Goods section.1998 - Noblesville

I would start at the PJ20 site....there is a reason why there is a "Buy Tickets" button there. It may link back to the Goods section, but that is the place I am starting. And then the systems will lock up, and I'll have a stress induced panic attack, and I'll start sweating at my desk at work and cursing out loud. And hopefully, if the planets align, I will have tickets and the rest of my week will be icing on the cake.
And I'm just going for lawn seats both nights. Flying solo...trying to save money!
Will 10c members be able to sell their lawn tix (the extra one) at the venue? Face value, of course!0 -

Another board member, Cree Nations, has a lot of friends and family in the area too....So sad.
Hopefully by September they will have some insurance/government assistance rolling in...but it's something to keep in mind....and if any of you want to help, contact the Alberta Red Cross ( http://www.redcross.ca )
According to this website...
http://www.slavelake.ca/siteengine/acti ... ?PageID=61
"The origin of the name of Slave Lake relates actually to the naming of Great Slave Lake in the Northwest Territories, where an aboriginal nation derogatorily named “Slavee” by several tribes of the invading Cree nation existed. Cartographers in the 19th century named the body of water right in the middle of the province of Alberta Lesser Slave Lake simply to differentiate it from its far northern counterpart. "George

Will 10c give a pre-sale for the Public On Sale? I am flying solo- Gonna See My Friends- so I worry about shelling out $400 not knowing if I can find a fan for my spare.....so a 10c Pre-sale for single tickets would be nice....anyone??????
you will have no problem selling a spare shed seat
you'll likely not be able to sell a spare lawn seat
a ticket buddy is what you need!
It used to be so easy to find a PJ ticket buddy but this PJ20 thing is spread out so far and wide....can anyone rope me in? Thanks always! :wave:PEARL JAM in 2024! Dark Matter and MORE ! THANK YOU!!
Peace Love & Pearl Jam forever!!0 -
For the camping question........
Alpine Valley (East Troy, WI) is mostly farmland and the locals usually will post spray-painted signs by their mailboxes indicating campgrounds on their own properties. They have done this for the multiple date shows (Phish, The Dead, etc.) as recent as a few years back. It was a lot easier and convenient 30 years ago, but you need to get up to the area early and drive around, stake your spot and then head to the show (gates are going to open at 10 am) and the lot is a festival.
hmmmmm... where is Chris Cornell going to be heading after his summer tour ends in July?
I'm growing hungryyyyyy YeaaaaaaaaaaaahThe direction of the eye; so misleading
The defection of the soul; nauseously quick
I don't question our existence
I just question our modern needs0 -
Not suprised at the PJ20 gig was going to being the US, you did those of you bitching expect. I live in the UK and been lucky enough to see them 4 times in less than 2 years, I was prepared however to nip over to the states for this as it is going to be something very very special, not just for the fans but the band as well.
Something more special is happening in my life around this date... by wife is pregnant with our first child, a boy. It will still play on my mind though (dont tell the wife) so bring on the bootleg.... and maybe the DVD?
Hope everyone who wants a ticket gets one, it gonna be one hell of a time.Wembley 29/10/96,Wembley 29/05/00,Wembley 30/05/00, Reading 30/08/06,SBE 11/08/09,O2 18/08/090 -
I'm so confused. Does the presale start at 10am Eastern or 10am Pacific? I had rearranged my day so that I'd be free at 10am Pacific but this was just posted today:
10C PRE-SALE BEGINS MONDAY, MAY 23 AT 10 AM EASTERN
MAY 21, 2011
Ten Club members, be sure to logged in and ready to go on Monday for the pre-sale. All of the tickets, packages, expo passes and shuttle passes will be on pearljam.com in the tickets category. There will also be links within the pj20 site.0 -

Yeah, totally confusing. The "Tickets" page says: Ten Club tickets to the PJ20 weekend will go on sale on Monday, May 23rd at 10 AM pacific time to all members current as of Sunday, May 15 at midnight pacific time. The Pre-sale ends Tuesday, May 24th at 5 pm pacific time.
But the main page now says: 10C PRE-SALE BEGINS MONDAY, MAY 23 AT 10 AM EASTERN
I guess I'll be there at 7am L.A. time, hoping for the best. I mean, since I didn't get raptured this morning. :evil:Is it too much to ask for a full-blown Temple of the Dog set? Probably.0
