HELP A 10 CLUB STRANGER CHALLENGE

Heres a story I want you to read to understand the challenge :D

One Became Five AKA Jason, is a great guy. One of the best Ive met on this board. You to Adam :) But Jason is someone special. You can just see it in his eyes in his words and most of all in his actions. What a great guy and how Lucky us Pearl Jam fans have a chance to mingle with such great Human beings. Now whats going to happen Jason is going to inspire some one else to give. And then that person to give and then OUR TEN CLUB is even BETTER than its ever been. All this just from one person. He has given multiple items and no0w I want us to try.

CHALLENGE

I CHALLENGEus TEN CLUBBERS to give to another Ten Clubber.A member that you dont know. Help them in a non PJ way. Like a $20 gas card. Or $20 Target Gift card or some thing. Or $25 Visa Gift card. Or Buy them a Grocery card. Give as many times as you wish. But our fellow brothers and sisters need day to day help sometimes. Just think of the joy filling your tank up knowing it was from a person in the forum that cares about you.

I would run it with some help from others That want to volunteer to help me.

But what Im thinking you PM me saying if you need a little help in which way. Remember I dont think we can go big just yet with gifts. So just think in the Kids School lunch paid for a week. Or gas in the car.

And others PM me saying they have the extra to help. Then with your donation we match the 2 up with out them knowing who did it. Keeping it all confidential. I know how witty we are on here we can come up with some great ways to help each other.

Its just an idea. What do you guys think. Also Who wants to help volunteer helping me getting this rolling :D I really need the help.

I thought of this because a friend of mine cried he had to go on welfare. He has no one to help. I gave him $50 and he said Id rather take it from you than feel embarrassed taking from the welfare office.
If we can start small by helping each other on here. Who knows how big this Tree can grow

So please let me know if Im off my rocker or this thing might just have a shot. Thanks 10 Clubbers :D

    Hey no problem. Unfortunately everyone is/or has fallen on some hard times but if something like this can help a good cause or help someone really stuck I think this is awesome, especially since we were all brought to the 10c for the same common reason, I don't think it's too much for us to help eachother out...

    I think its a great idea and I could definately help someone out in a small way when needed. I may not have a whole lot but compared to most of the world, I am very blessed.

    This community is so damn nice I think the biggest problem, as stated earlier, is people who need a little help asking for it.

    WOWalready so many PM's of so much love for each other. I didnt start this thread to help some one pay their rent. But Im sure if the situation was right We would all band together like the greatest army on earth and get it done :D

    If you guys know any one that can use a hand in this crappy economy just PM me and recommend that person. We will get their address some how ;)

    I know people are to proud to ask for help. Every thing will be made confidential. This thread isn't to embarrass any one. Its to help. If we dont get any one suggested or asking for help we will be giving any funds raised to a charity that PJ is involved with.

    Adam I will take you up on your offer. I can use about 2 or 3 more people. I will post more when I have time latter in the day :D

    Come on people lets make this turn into some thing big. Some thing we all can be proud of. Thank You 10 Clubbers :D

    I've given to many causes on this board, a handful of holy grails, and even done a bunch of free give-aways.

    I enjoy being able to give and to help out, in fact I am in the process of doing two fund raisers. One for a co-worker who has been struck by colon cancer at the age of 32. A return vet no-less. The other is a "Pink" game for our high school volleyball team to raise money for a few local ladies that are battling breast cancer.

    Things area little tight right now, but I will definetly keep this post in mind.

    PS One of the best causes we had on this board was the raffle that Joni-Lee put together. Any idea where we could get an update on the little girl?
