Well, currently there are no bands booked for a 2nd night at Fenway this summer according to today's Herald (after Neil Diamond plays the 1st night). And Theo is a big fan. So who knows.

But here's the article:

I dont think it's been posted yet. It's possible that PJ may play, but certain things would need to be worked out.

Fenway Park is not a baseball stadium.....

    It's a place of worship.

Red Sox Nation would gladly fill that park for PJ!!!

I would think so too, but it would only be for one show and stranger things have happened. It's conceivable that if PJ has the rest of the summer off after the East Coast tour that they may do something, but a lot would need to be worked out. They'd need a heckuva opening act to sell out.

Oh, come on, you know you'd make the drive to Boston if they announced a PJ date at Fenway.

    How about the lineup:

Dropkick Murphy's as the opener (go on around 5ish).

Nine Inch Nails as the middle act (go on around 6:30ish).

Pearl Jam as the closer (go on around 8ish and close the show).

Should be a good series. :)

Of course if Eric Gagne comes in for the save well you'll win. He freaking sucks IMO.
