wrong series  although i guess the concept applies

knicks up 2-0 and lose 4-2

Yes, I know it is the wrong series, and yes... the concept applies.

NY in the 90's was that team that had every chance and could never capitalize.

    i always liked Mason.

i personally, like the physical ball that we saw back in the day vs this zero contact, flopping crap that we see today.

come to think of it, in all the old school games that i have seen over the last couple of months, i don't remember any flops (well, out side of byron in game 6 of the 98 finals with seconds left on the clock).

Byron? Like.... Byron Scott, the poor bastard that is coaching the Cavs now? I haven't seen much of his playing footage, but he was a Laker so I don't need the flopping reason to dislike him. ;)

Bryon, however, was shoved. :P

Bryon later became a Laker as well. :|

    Randy brown had some issues....

his 3 rings from 96, 97 and 98 fetched a tick over 50K for the set.

if i would have known about the sale....i might have put a bid in on them.

Dirk probably put up 40 last night. It was only the first game of the season. The Bulls will probably give up less next time they play Dallas.

last year, the Bulls gave up 83 and 77 in the two games
hard to belive they are going to go from an average of 80 to 113

it could happen, but with two teams basically returning the same squads....

Bulls were one of the top defensive teams in the league....i just don't see 113 from the slow poke mavs.

They may be old and slow, but they know how to close out games and win them, unlike the Heat.

Jason Kidd makes a tortise look fast.

they need to get this figured out.....we have hit rock bottom with this debate.

This is what the lockout has done to us, debating how old and slow the Mavs are. I'd still take Jason Kidd over a tortise.
