We've included something for the kids! Whenever I travel out of town/state my kids always want (expect) me to bring them something.
We'll have for auction a kids basket that includes a Build A Bear animal, a cute puppy, $10 Build A Bear GC, an evil little goat beanie baby, and some awesome Kool Doh(scented play doh).
Stuffy donated by me and my kidlings, Build A Bear gc donated by Build A Bear, goat donated by my Jane from her collection, and Kool Doh made by me! It's colored and scented with Kool Aid!!

So bid and bring home some sweet stuff for your kids!

If anyone is coming in Thursday night we're all having a pre-preparty at Guidos in St Louis. I'm not sure which one though, I'll have to find out from Melissa.
But we'd like to get an estimate of how many people will be there so we can call ahead and let them know.

  • I'll be there for my first 10c show. Look forward to meeting some PJ fans!
  • Sorry to post this (it isn't really pre-party related). I've waited until the last minute to book my hotel and so far I'm not having any luck. Last May we stayed at the Hyatt, which was really nice, but parking was expensive. Right now I'm thinking we are probably going to do Forest Park/Clayton area, but I keep striking out on Priceline bids for a 3.5-4 star hotel. I'm not sure if prices are higher b/c of the holiday or what, but I was wondering if anyone else has had any bidding luck on Priceline and if you would care to share what you got? Thank you in advance!

(P.S. I'm thinking we are most likely going to get to make the pre-party. :D )

I got the Sheraton on Priceline by bidding $50 on a 3.5 star hotel in the Downtown area. Came up to $65 and change after the tax & fees.

I'm really trying for the Sheraton in Forest Park, sounds like a really nice hotel. I've been bidding based on prices I've found on other bid advice sites, but I'm thinking prices must be up b/c it's not accepting my bid. If I can't get it to take over the next couple of days I will probably try for downtown, thank you for the advice.
