Oh! Great Jo! you are going to St Louis?!

    Far out!! smilie_girl_149.gif

JB and I are flying in the day before ....

looking very much forward to seeing you at the preparty :D

    3 shows... I'm envious ... so 8-)

awesome Pandi!!!! I can't wait to get together. This is a real scary kind of thing to me, cuz well, Philly is very close to home so no problem, Hartford..well, a little bit of a ride, but I know how I'm getting there and back..and the train is always an option if all else fails. But St. Louis...never been there...don't know how I'm getting there and back..but I'm going. No way I can't pass up this chance. :D

I know we're gonna have a great great great time :)

Can't wait to see you. :-D
I admire your courage and enthusiasm!!

We have never been either.KC was a gas last May, just a beautiful city.
    Great memories

I checked Greyhound thinking it would be cheaper by quite a bit than airfare...
shock it was the same price, both being around $300.00 round trip,
the bus takes 20+ hrs one way :wtf: but you can sleep, read, and maybe less hassle than flying.
No pat down  hey maybe I'm wrong about that :?

I hope you find a travel pal that would be the easiest solution.

Way excited ... hurry up new EV songs!

    Counting the days :D

    Greyhound 28 hrs $355 RT
AMTRAK 26 hours each way...$254 RT
funny cuz Amtrak to WI (PJ20 stuff) is also 26 hours but less transfers that might be it

and yeah NO patdown..at least not on local ...I doubt it really :) trains are pretty lax

Still....I'd much rather have company and drive :)
and its a LOT faster and a lot more predictable. I hate the idea that the train/bus might be horribly late :o

Either way....see you there! Can't wait
    peace,
    jo

A lot, I hope at least. Usually around 4-4:30 the place is packed!

We usually head back to where the pre-party is, but this place closes early. I need to talk to him and see if he would be willing to stay open if we have enough people that are planning on coming back. Otherwise we will find somewhere. I think Humphreys is open later, but the kitchen closes early.

I wonder if the Fox would let us put up a sign directing people over to the party? It's a three minute walk to there, so hopefully people will come over after getting their tickets.

I need to update the donation list! I will this week, I promise. I did update some information about donations to the animal shelter.

Right now i have a dog bed that i might be able to bring with the other things i am donating. Not going to promise it just yet the G/F mom may want it for her dogs (they fight over the bed they have). I thought my cat Gremmie would like the bed but he snubs his nose at it. Its in great shape and maybe a dog or cat could use it at a shelter.

I can't remember if I posted that Build A Bear donated some gift certificates for the raffle. I'm going to try to make an animal to go with them, depends on my time and budget!
This would be an awesome prize for someone who has kids at home. Whenever I go to a show my kids always expect me to bring them something, they usually get airport gifts!

I know everyone is talking about the news today, but don't forget the EV pre-parties are still going on!

Several places still needs organizers and volunteers!

I hope everyone is well, really looking forward to the show.

If anyone needs extra tickets or knows someone that does, feel free to send me a PRM. I believe my brother has some extras in the middle balcony that he is willing to part with (face value, of course).

    Thanks!
