    I'm undecided myself....

I like that it is horizontal, and I like the lake in the background.... I have a friend hopefully getting me one... so will look forward to seeing it in person.

    First Guess
Is that is Eddies back yard and the Puget Sound in the background. The backspacer promos had similar shots and I remember reading an article by a jurno who was at Eddie's douruper beach house throwing axes after two cases of Coronas.

Yeah its definately a play on that. I remember that article and some footage of the whole band throwing the axe. Its just a very 'blah' poster i think. If it wasnt Klausen we'd be bagging it pretty hard I think...

Yep couldn't agree more not one of the best, glad its not one I went too. I have had some ugly posters (Sydney 09 and the South Pacific Zebra from 95, which I love because it was a holy grail despite how ugly it is!).

Yeah I hear ya....I buy a poster for every show i attend and as a result ended up with a few shockers as well as stunners....there could not have been a bigger difference between the christchurch 09 (still the best PJ poster Ive ever seen) and Auckland 09 (possibly the worst)....yet they hang side by side in my living room!!! A memory of a place in time!!

Syd 09 was nowhere near as ugly as bris09... Syd was like the mona lisa compared to that...

As a kiwi living in Aus I have the Kea from 09 tattooed on me, it some's up my love for my home and the band, didn't go though but that image with the wording really did it for me. Anyway back to the thread on further inspection this seems a pretty lazy effort.

I know this might be blasphemy, but I have been underwhelmed by BK's work for a while.

I still love his style and ability, I just haven't loved the theme's, maybe too much darkness. But its been a very long time since I've wanted to buy one of his prints.

But if we're turning the clock back to '06, now there are some stunning posters.

it is not my favorite, but somehow this poster has something warm and comfy (sounds strange, I know :? ). It's because of its warm, soft colors. I like the left upper corner, the lake with the little important detail / Eddie standing on a board :D

I enjoy it slightly. I like the personal aspects incorporated into the poster, with the throwing axes being Vedder's hobby. When comparing it to other Klausen's I think it's weak, but as a piece of art with no expectations or name attached I kind of like it.

I like it because its different than what we were all expecting. The visuals are amazing the more i stare at it.

I have reason to believe this poster was done by Ken Taylor, not Brad Klausen.

I think your right.... It's so easy to believe it could be Brads - it's very Brads style.

Regardless... It's a nice print and well executed

I really like it too. I have collected all but one of the posters from the concerts I have been to and I like it because it's completely different.
