I think it's an ok tune, but I'm hoping it's one of my least favorite on the album.
  • Love both of the new songs. Can't wait for the album to come out.

I have a good feeling Helplessness Blues by The Fleet Foxes will be better than Circuital now. I think My Morning Jacket is a great live band. Unfortunately their studio albums fall short in comparison. The T5 boxset is what I want. That's the way this band needs to be listened to. Remind you of another band ;)

Blue Spotted Tail has really struct a chord with me. Not sure why, but it is my favorite song in a very long time. I like that they did not try to switch things up much, like some bands do too early in the careers.

    Oh....and..... MMJ rules!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D:lol:

i like this! "circuital" is going to blow minds and piss all over "evil urges" to the point where people will forget that album ever came out. not that i hated it or anything. now all i need to learn is how to pronounce "circuital".

using the word "moving" is spot on. I hear ya, urges was a little different. the long slow burners of the back catalogue are truly moving.

we weren't really spending quality time together. he was just trying to meet/shake hands and sign autographs with fans after the show...a question like that (especially considering the long-winded response i would imagine getting from jim) just didn't seem appropriate at the time. in addition, i was in shock. i was so close to the living legend, that i could smell his dirty clothes.

nice find on the urban dictionary. funny stuff.

It's so dark, yet so funky. Jim's lyrics are dynomite and the kids singing in the background are such a nice touch. Reminds me of the end of Mother Love Bone's Stardog Champion or Chili Peppers' Aeroplane with the kids singing.

This is already in my top 5-10 MMJ songs ever.
