Chicago 2 2023 & still cannot tell which of the 4 shows I attended in St Paul & Chicago which is the best. The 2022 European shows were great but this is totally off the charts. Mike has never sounded so good & clear in any recording I have over 25 years of collecting bootlegs, official & unofficial.
The only shows I missed this year were STP 2 and Austin 1. I keep going back to that stretch during Chicago 2 from Tremor Christ through….the end.
Tremor Christ is my favourite deep song & I went crazy when I got it. Yes Chicago 2 was the highlight of my 4 shows. Have now had every song from 10 live & got the 4 songs on my wish list in Chicago

My favourite bootleg is the one from the Gorge in 2005. The improvisation during Not For You always tears me up. What a powerful song. I really hope they will include the song in the 2024 setlists in Europe. Currently listening to it to start my 2024. Happy New Year everyone.

So, I think ten years ago tonight we were in the basement drinking beer... Practising... That was back when we're drinking Rainier beer... Remember that Mike?... Twelve pack of Rainier... And no Alive. As much as I love that song it is refreshing to not hear it from time to time. Has been played at every show since like 2013 (didn't look further). Love the bootleg.
I currently listen to Atlanta 94 - Crazy good set, but I have to say I prefer older Ed's speech/story intermissions.
