MSG1 - 2010. I found this show the better of the two nights despite night two's near legendary status.
Not a huge fan of the strings on The End and Just Breathe although sometimes they work ok but they completely ruin Lukin although it's just a bit of fun. I'm also not a fan of The Who and LROM but none of these things can bring down this great show. One of my favourite main sets of recent years. Really great versions of those I've highlighted.

had only previously jammed this show once and its been in my truck for a year now...
I kept skipping it and jamming on 2012 shows that I kept getting in the mail..
then I finally started it last week...its pretty damn good,..on my 3rd run thru both discs...
ps...you have to really know their music to enjoy it as well...
I've always been a fanatic, but have to admit...even when you think you know them...
theirs still much more out there you don't....
Didn't really enjoy this one, felt the sound and Ed's vocals were off in the main set. The 2 encores were pretty enjoyable though.

Just finished Oslo 12 and about to start Amsterdam 1 12. About Oslo, even though Eddie was having throat problems (he said he kissed a Swedish boy! ), the show was fantastic. I thought he sounded amazing.
Inside Job especially really got to me!
The crowd singing 'We Belong Together' on Black was magic and Leash was thunderous.

Everything I've ever read about this show is true! What a fantastic boot... Black tag one of the best, betterman crowd participation, love rearviewmirror early in the set. Avocado songs so tight. Not for you, breath, solat. Beautiful come back. boom and mike solos during crazy mary. Matt solo on evenflow (gotta love a good drum solo) 7 songs in second encore. Every song on this boot could be considered in the top versions ever. :crazy:

torino, italy 2006. i absolutely love the encores...black, blood and tremor christ in a 2nd encore! that my friends is sweet. and a killer version of rvm.
however everyone says they love this setlist because avocado was played in order. to me it was rather boring to listen to and I would have hated to hear this at a show. Way to predictable; it reminded me the last time I saw u2 and as the show was progressing my wife and I looked up the set list from the day before to see what song was next.

I think he killed his throat with that hellacious Go. That main scream in that version is quite godly.
