Yeah me too. He was a helluva performer, but very overrated at the same time. I met him earlier this year at an event in Dublin, friendly enough.

Raw has absolutely no direction at the moment....the booking of this generation is just terrible

I agree with you on that one. They had every opportunity to make The Shield be these amazing heels, instead they flipped it and claim them babyface.

    Hell in a Cell predictions:

Samoa Joe over AJ Styles (AJ had a nice run but time for someone else to win and Samoa Joe would be perfect)
Roman Reigns over Braun Strowman (would love to see the monster win, but too early i think. Maybe Foley helps?)
    Randy Orton over Jeff Hardy
    Rhonda Rousey over Alexa Bliss
Becky Lynch over Charlotte (hopefully, but i like both)
Rusev Day over The New Day
Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre over Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose
Daniel Bryan & Brie Bella over The Miz & Maryse (Brie pins Maryse)

The only 2 matches that went my way the other night were the 2 Women's Championships. I was delighted to see my fellow Irish Becky Lynch finally regain the SmackDown title. I hope that this run lasts longer than the last one and that she doesn't end up getting hurt during it again.

Yeah. There's always some fun references whenever Elias Samson is on screen. Remember the time he played Nutshell by Alice In Chains before?

yeah there's been a few I remember one where he did "Yellow Ledbetter"  and there was the time Dean asked Elias if knew and Pearl Jam.  The Nutshell cover I thought was really good.  He does have an EP out actually

Corey Graves is really good for the music references. He was on about The Replacements when they did RAW in Minneapolis last year actually.

I barely watch, but they have something in elias, but waste him.  He is the one guy i see who has the charisma to match the "attitude era" guys.  The crowd eats it up and shouts out his catch phrases.  Its like everyone wants to like him.

But then he just sits there and does the one trick pony thing, insulting the city and/or a popular wrestler to manufacture boos and end up in a squash with someone.

I didn't see it with Elias at all until he got to the main roster. I don't think that Vince McMahon really saw it for a while either since so little was made of him when he debuted also. It seems like the ones that they aren't planning on succeeding are always the ones that end up getting over. There is something lost between NXT and the main roster. It seems that when someone is a big deal in NXT, Vince still has that tendency to cut people down to size when they get to the main roster. It's the modern day version of what he did with guys coming in from WCW.

I thought that that was awesome. The Seattle crowd are always great. Ever since the time they had that assembly of former world champions, 2013.

I felt some of the matches were rushed. I would give the PPV a solid B, and maybe that's being generous. They've had worse PPVs in my opinion.
