Kofi has been doing that for years at the Rumble

I was kinda surprised he or Xavier weren't in it. But then again I guess they didn't really need them.

Maybe they released these wrestlers to make room for the recently released AEW wrestlers, Malakai Black, Moro/Rusev and Ricky Starks.

Starks just showed up last night on NXT

good luck with that primadona , if starks goes to wwe with the ego he had on AEW he´s gonna be gone in no time.

Black is wwe bound for sure. HHH loved him when he ran NXT , also his wife is on smackdown

Miro/Rusev doubt it will be back. Guy was only a star because of his hot now ex-wife

Great storytelling! I Knew Cody wasn't going to "sell his soul". Didn't expect Cena to turn though. I'm guessing the reason he "sold his soul" to the Rock is to get his 17th championship and break the record. So that makes great sense and storytelling, IMO.

Solid PLE overall. Jade comes back and attacks Naomi. Most likely cause she was the one that attacked her which most people saw coming anyway. Owens/Zayn match was fun. Randy Orton is also back.

    I watched most of it.

I'm normally critical of wwe and dont watch much these days... but I thought it was an excellent ppv

The women's match was excellent.  KO vs Zayn was entertaining.  The main event was really kind of dull until they got down to the final 4 (that was the first elimination chamber i have seen maybe it's always that way).

The way they pulled that off at the end was great.  I criticize wwe for being way too predictable, but I did not see that coming at all.  John Cena turning heel for the first time on his farewell tour is an awesome move/risk.

A moment like that you miss JR calling that

    and Cody's delivery,

    Hey Rock, go fuck yourself!

    I was like holy shit!!

Maybe it's good that WWE censors and uses swear words sparingly.  Maximum impact when an F bomb gets dropped.

Also given the current challenges Canada is having with the US I found the whole thing to be an analogy for current events.  Final Boss Rock is the US. Cody is Canada, and Cena was the tariff's.
