    I *love* the idea of this thread, brilliant! Anything that encourages positivity is a good thing, lord knows I can use it lately, today most of all.

    It's only a bit before 11am right now so I'll do yesterday :)

    1. Update on someone I've been really worried about, gave some relief.
    2. Picked up mini cupcakes with my sister in SF, so delicious!
    3. Enjoyed a nice dinner and playing a word game with a friend on my brand new iPod :)

    Did some good work on my laptop in Starbucks whilst drinking coffee and chatting up the waitresses - viva 'working from home' and remote wi-fi.

    Arranged to get a new stylus for my turntable, to get my Byrds lps sounding EVEN better!

    Met my friend and drank more coffee and the sun was shining all day


    Plus, nobody I know got killed in South Central L.A
    Cancel my subscription to the Ressurection
    Send my credentials to the house of detention

    I got a wonderful email from a friend I haven't seen in almost a year ... his beautiful wishes for me made me cry :)
    My bathroom reno's were completed when I got home ... joy! :clap:
    I spent time with my nephews and we laughed :D

    1) its raining for the first time in weeks and i can smell the trees. reminds me of olywa.
    2) the congressman was on a role today. made me laugh my ass off, and I took video. :mrgreen:
    3) My best friend arrives tonight. Can't wait to tear shit up with my partner in crime.

    today mine were

    1- someone on this board found me a Beatles song that I had heard but not been able to name or locate, finally get to listen to the song after a looooong time searching :)

    2- my friend baked me a cake :) with icing and jam, it was delicious

    3- I recieved a late bday present in the form of jewellry
