That is one of my favorite lines of the show. It's just total nonsense. I try to use that reference any chance I can get, however I rarely come across many climbing references in my day to day activities.

i know. as if the fattest guy on the show can climb like a ring tailed lemur.

i often use that line as well. it's very versatile. you don't have to use it just for climbing.

where'd you learn to crotchet like that?

Hahaha....yeah those are good. But the problem is it depends on someone ask you the question. But, on the other hand, I guess it preserves the reference from being overused.

Right. That is what Jerry says to Elaine when she asks. But later when the girl they went to college with (Diane?) asks Jerry why she never reads about George in the alumni magazine he says something like - “he is too modest” and tells her about how he became a great marine biologist. I think I am remembering that right. Do you remember?

Love that scene. A fitting ending (Jerry insisting on doing standup even in prison). Some trivia....that scene was actually added at the last minute because they didn’t want to end on that shot of them in the cell....with no jokes.

Yeah, I was pleased that they brought back the stand-up piece to finish the show. I appreciated that component in the early seasons. Added another dimension and an understanding of the process of a stand-up -- how ordinary, mundane bull shit turns into a bit.

I watched The Glasses episode last night. Man, that was just nonstop hilarity. I might put that in the top 5. Literally every scene is funny. I feel like it's a little different from other episodes, especially with the doctor Elaine sees for rabies. The guy makes no sense. "No shot, dog bite!" "Will this hurt?" Yes. Very much so!" Just really rapid fire comedy in this one. "May I have one of those, madam?" hahhahahaha

And of course, the Commando 8000. Season 5 is Peak Seinfeld for me.

My father, mother, and sister used to implement rules against me when we'd play our Seinfeld trivia game. I only got half a point for a correct answer while they all got a full point.

    Here's a few....

-What comedian scolds Jerry for losing his Friar's Club jacket? ("Oh the gypsies took it! New York has a lot of gypsies!")

-When Mr. Peterman is in Burma, what title does he go by?

-Why did George get fired from his job as a camp counselor when he was young?
