I think it's the one where George's parents consider moving to Florida, and talk of "buffer zones" is what led to the exchange between George and Jerry. I think it's "The Shower Head." Like an elementary school math student, I'll show the work.....

-My assumption that it's connected to the talk of "buffer zones"

-Remembering that in that episode, Jerry's parents were staying at Uncle Leo's when Frank calls them up ("This...is Frank...Constanza....")

-Uncle Leo was staying with a girlfriend, but Jerry suggests he should be swinging ("Come on, Uncle Leo, you're an Adonis!")

-In Jerry and Leo's next exchange, Jerry talks him into staying with his girlfriend ("If there's a woman that can stand you for more than three seconds, you should hold onto her like grim death...which is NOT far off by the way."

-In that scene, Jerry's hair is fucked up from the low-flow shower heads ("Low flow? I don't like the sound of that.")

-Hence, it's The Shower Head.

It's when George is complaining to Jerry about having to move back in with his parents and, yes, they have the comparison about whose parents are more annoying.
