Are you going to be offering posters along with the ticket sales again? This has been my favorite change and is totally worth the shipping for me. If there is any show specific merch like a shirt can you offer this along with the ticket as well? I just hate having to waste all day in line only to have someone buy up 20 shirts and eBay them.
Are any laptop/messenger bags in the works again? Would love to have either a laptop or Ipad bag similar to the old ones at a reasonable price. Also, as someone else mentioned would like more mystery posters, scratch-n-dents, and the incredible 50% off everything sales. Are there any special coupons like a BOGO or % off sales coming up soon? Thanks.
Why are shipping costs so high? For example (I'm talking US only here):
Vitalogy Reissue LP shipping is $12.50. Average USPS Media Mail rate for a 180g double LP is no more than $5. Is it materials (box, tape)? Handling (10c labor)? Even then, $12.50!?!?
VS Reissue LP is $10.50 for shipping. Media Mail is $3-4. Same questions!
Yet, the 9 POUND Super Deluxe Box is only $5 more ($17.50) than shipping the Vitalogy vinyl?
Why can't we get discounted or consolidated shipping for multiple items? I bought 3 LP's of Live On Ten Legs and paid $7.50 X 3 = $22.50 for shipping.

Hands down this is the best thing to ask based on his assumed role with the 10C. I would even pay money for him to be put on the spot and try to justify the absurdity known as 10C shipping.

Okay so I feel like a jackass. I was really going for shock value and do apologize. I heard the show and you were very open and upfront about everything, including the shipping. I guess my biggest beef would be with not being able to get reduced shipping if ordering 2 LPS since I know they fit with the way they are packaged (since I ordered 2 LO10L that came in the same package but I had to pay 2 x shipping, and yes I know the weight is a little heavier, but still) but I didn't specify that during my mini-rant before. You don't need to respond to this though as I'm sure it's just a matter of logistics.

My question for SLH: Does Pearl Jam and the Ten Club have any plans to open a "Monkeywrench Records" - record store in Seattle (in the spirit of Third Man Records in Nashville, TN) and release a lot of complete Pearl Jam concerts on vinyl exclusively from the Monkeywrench Records Store in Seattle and the Monkeywrench Online Store (for international distribution)?
Since alot of people are always complaining that the questions that get asked are terrible and don't get us any information, I would imagine that's because they screen the calls and probably only let the softball questions through. So if you have a good question like when do you expect to announce the dates for PJ20 Fest or something we all want to know, when you call up just say your question is something like "whats everyone's favorite PJ cover" or something like that. You'll probably have a lot better chance getting on the show then and you can hit them with the questions everyone wants answers to.
